Why red iron wins

Built for decades, not repairs

A properly installed and maintained steel building can deliver 50+ years of service. Unlike wood framing, red iron does not rot, warp or feed termites—giving you a straighter, lower-maintenance structure for the long haul.

Every Whit-Tom shed is framed with 100% red iron and finished with coordinated roofing, siding and trim.

50+ year potential

Long service life with proper installation, inspections and routine maintenance.

No rot or termites

Steel does not absorb moisture, decay or become food for wood-destroying insects.

Noncombustible frame

Red iron will not ignite or add fuel to a fire the way wood framing can.

Useful storage space

A strong frame supports practical, open layouts for tools, equipment and seasonal storage.
